Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions before using or download any products from Advanced Radiotherapy Consulting, also known as ARC. Payment of License indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARC makes no commitment, or guarantee to provide changes or updates to the product or data contained in the product at any time. ARC does not make any claims or guarantee to pass your boards. Purchaser understands this is merely a tool to assist you in studying and by no means covers all data in board preparation. Purchaser understands other avenues of data collection and study material is necessary to pass board exams.
In addition to the limitations and exclusions set out above in no event shall any director, employee, agent distributor, supplier, independent contractor, or any affiliates of ARC incur liability arising from or related to the data or delivery of the product.
Limited Use
Your License grants you access to our site and to our study material until the Board exam date of that year. After that period, you must buy an additional license for continued access to the product. In the case of VirtRON (Virtual Radiation Oncology Nursing) you will be granted a six month license. You are not authorized to make any modifications to the product for your own purposes. You cannot distribute, loan, or allow third parties to view the content. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in an immediate notification to either the ABR or MDCB. We reserve the right to seek other legal actions to protect our proprietary information.
Unauthorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium including offering them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from ARC. Licensee will be liable for all legal fees, licensing and administration cost in pursuing such actions.
Assignability
You cannot sub-license, redistribute, resell, assign or transfer license of ARC, or its associated files or Binder to anyone else without prior written consent from us.
Ownership
All ARC products are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
Refund Policy
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable software product please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund request. A refund will be provided when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. If no agreement can be made the decision of ARC is controlling. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the License purchase is made.
Support:
ARC products are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration etc…
Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.
