Medical physicists are in high demand and short supply across the industry. The ARC Medical Physics Assistant (MPA) Training Program takes students through a comprehensive training on the duties that can potentially be done by MPA. 

 

The specific duties are individualized by each practice. The goal of the program is to expose the students through all of the relevant modules and allow them to be a competent member of the physics team giving the graduates of this program a valuable added skill set in the clinic. 

 

The course will cover 8 didactic modules and 5 practical modules including onsite training. This program is ideal for Dosimetrists, Dosimetry students, Engineers, STEM candidates and others interested in the radiation oncology program.
